What is the handling time on orders?

I love to make packing orders a special mindful ritual where I can really take the time to enjoy wrapping and appreciating your orders. I honour and respect my unique flow of energy as well as often being busy looking after my son too, so the handling time can vary. Sometimes I will have everything ready within 24 hours and other times I may need a little longer. I always aim to have everything shipped within 7 days or purchase. If you really need your package in a hurry then just drop me a message and I will do my best to make that happen for you!

 Who do you ship with?

Swedish orders are currently shipped with Postnord and delivered to your mailbox or nearest post office service point. Shipping prices are determined by weight and size and are calculated at check-out. International orders are also currently shipped with Postnord and later handled by a local courier in your country. A notification will be sent by sms or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected. Swedish order usual take 1-2 business days to deliver after being shipped. International orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days but please allow up to two weeks delivery time depending on where you are located as well as handling time for customs. If you cannot find a delivery option to your country please e-mail info@studio-rewild.com

I forgot to pick up my package!

Oh no! Life is hectic sometimes and this can happen. Any unclaimed packages will be returned to us - so we will help get your parcel to you in the end, however all fees in connection to the unclaimed package will have to be paid for by you.

Are prices including VAT?

Studio Rewild pays VAT ( moms ) on all items sold here. On second hand items we use the the Swedish VAT system 'VMB' Vinst Marginal Beskattning. This means that the amount we pay can vary. We calculate that into the cost of each item but the specific VAT amount will not be shown separately on your receipt. For other new items sold the 25% VAT cost is included AND shown on your receipt.

Im new to shopping second hand, what about that horrible vintage smell?

Don’t worry, you won’t find that around here, trust me I’m super sensitive to that too! 90% of the items I wash before they hit the store and make their way to you! I always use eco fragrance free detergent and never use fabric softener. A lot of the garments I stock are natural materials that require a little more care. These I always wash by hand in gentle wool & silk detergent and dry flat. When the sun is out ( which isn’t too often during the winter months in Sweden ) I will always hang things out to dry in the sun. Mmm is there anything better than fresh clean air dried washing in the summertime? I also sometimes work with a tailor on garments that may need small mends or alterations that I don’t have the time or ability to do myself.

What about the quality of the items if they are pre-loved?

I strive to only source and sell high quality items in nice materials that are in good condition. Seeing as most items I sell are second hand and vintage and have been previously loved before making their way to you, small imperfections are to be expected that come with age and wear. In general the things of yesteryear were made with a lot more care and of higher quality that what we are used to today. Some of the items I have sold that have been around for up to 50/60 years and have been in absolutle perfect condition still! I will always mention any more noticeable flaws or imperfections in the item descriptions.

How do you determine the size of clothing items?

Sizing can be tricky! Firstly, I always try on every single item that hits the store, in order to get a feel for the shape, cut and size. Many garments have sizes given in the labels but seeing as they can sometimes be up to 60years old those sizes are not always reliable! If the garment is slightly more recent I will state the given size on the label, such as 'Eu 38'. I try to source items in all size ranges and quite often choose pieces that are more of a 'onesize' meaning they are either quite oversized  or with a straight loose cut and can fit a range of shapes and sizes depending what kind of fit you prefer. In these cases I usually give a range such as 'Will fit M-XL' or 'Best fits size XS'. I almost always provide a few specific measurements which are measured laying flat. If you need extra measurements e-mail me and I will get them for you!

Can I return my item?

By Swedish Law ( konsumentköplag 1990:932 ) you have the right to return any items purchased online within 14days of receiving your package. Send an e-mail to info@studio-rewild.com as soon as possible within the 14 days and I will provide more information there. Store credit / gift card where possible is always welcomed and appreciated by me as a tiny one women business <3 Otherwise a full refund minus shipping costs will be issued to the same bank / card you ordered with. Please remember its not great for the climate to have things shipped back and fourth so please be mindful when you place an order, make sure its something you really want and that you have checked measurements provided. Always reach out if you need any extra help with anything before you order.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for any items lost of damaged in transit. So please package the items well and please send securely with tracking.
  • The item must be unworn & unused, free from odours and kept in a safe smoke-free / animal free environment during the time it is with you.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items

How do I care for my items?

Clothes are made to be worn, played in, get dirty while we do the things we love in and then hopefully get re-loved when we are done! I really encourage repairing and mending to make sure our clothes have a longer life! There are so many inspiring accounts and books these days on mending that are super useful for guidance in this. Should your vintage garment break or get worn out then consider taking a mindful moment and consciously repairing that little hole or broken seam before you just discard and decide you can’t wear it anymore. Some of the most beautiful garments I’ve seen are the ones full of patches and mends and stitches! Other than that I always recommend spot washing smaller stains or marks with bile soap / gall soap . Its my absolute go to for removing stains. Washing on a cold cycle and then air drying. Any whites I always make sure to hang outside when the suns out to crisp up the white colour. Its pretty normal for wool sweaters to pill at some point making them look a bit worn out. Again I encourage taking the time to remove them, see if you can make it a mindful focused moment. You can very gently use a razor to scrape them off or a special clothes brush. I will shortly be stocking my favourite one in the shop -  so keep an eye out for that!
